I would like to confirm that I have penciled you in for a group visit on the for students and teachers. I am happy to offer you a price of £9.50/student under 15 years of age of £11.50/student over 15 years of age and of £13.50/teacher. For every 10 students we can offer you one teacher free of charge. For groups over 15 paying customers we will provide a tour guide (FOC) who will take you around the Museum giving the group a behind the scenes information. The Tour lasts approximately 50 min and covers about 75% of the Museum. After the Tour you will be given time to explore the more interactive parts of the Museum and all special exhibitions hosted by the Museum. Please allow about 2 hours for your visit. There is great opportunity on a Star Wars set to have your photo taken and printed as something to remember your trip! Photo prints - a special offer of £5 for groups - as a special treat from the London Film Museum each group will receive one photo free of charge. At the beginning of 2010 we opened a section of the museum dedicated to Charlie Chaplin http://www.londonfilmmuseum.com/the-chaplin-the-great-londoner.htm which is a great addition to the main exhibition. As your museum is relevant to the subject we are studying ie: media and film, I thought that my group would enjoy a visit as much as I had done in the past. I am aware that you have got some new exhibits and we would love the opportunity of getting involved in some of your education and film workshops, if that were possible. My group comprises 19 students and 2 tutors. We do have a small budget for an outing, but I was wondering if you do free or reduced price packages for students.
